Our COVID-19 Strategy

Operating through the Pandemic.

We understand that the current COVID-19 crisis is a very difficult time for everyone, we want to assure all our service users and their families that we are taking all necessary measures to ensure that our care services remain safe and secure.

  • All our staff wear full PPE (mask, gloves and apron), which is changed at every visit.

  • Our staff have full access to the available vaccines.

  • Hand sanitiser is used before and after entering and leaving a service user’s home.

  • We are providing our staff with weekly COVID tests.

  • In addition, our staff work in bubbles, so that potential for cross contamination is minimized.
