Corporate Social Responsibility

At Winserve, we understand that our role extends beyond simply delivering care to our clients. We believe our business exists to improve the lives of the wider community and we recognise our duty to contribute to the wellbeing of society and the environment, demonstrated through our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. By acting responsibly and ethically, we are striving to build a sustainable business that benefits the community at large. Here is how we actively contribute to supporting our local community:

Our Partnerships

  • Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust - We recognise the sacrifices made by those who have served in the armed forces, and we are committed to supporting these individuals in any way we can. We support and donate to the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust - a charity that funds support and services for veterans. At Winserve, we have our own staff and service users who have served in the military. It is important to us, therefore, that we raise awareness and funds to a charity that aligns with our past, and with our values of respect.

  • Homeless Hampers - Everyone deserves a safe and comfortable place to call home, and it is important to understand the mental and physical impact that homelessness can have. For our commitment to the community, we proudly partner with Homeless Hampers UK to provide donations of clothing to be distributed to the people of Leeds. In 2021, for example, we donated £300 worth of underwear after we were informed that there was a critical need for the provision of clean underwear to the homeless. We are incredibly grateful for the amazing work Homeless Hampers are doing, and we look forward to assisting them whenever we can with this important work in the future.

  • Inspirational Counselling - Supporting the mental health of our staff is of the upmost importance. To protect their wellbeing, we have partnered with Inspirational Counselling, so our staff can access services to help them manage stress, anxiety, and any other concerns. In addition, we promote mental health awareness and encourage open conversations about mental health within our company. We strongly believe that the better we take care for our staff, the better they care for your loved ones.
